Bodegas Raíces Ibéricas

Since 1998 we produce wine for all of Spain, driven by our curiosity and travelling spirit to discover the native varieties of Spain, some of them still unknown. We dreamed of having a home where to vinify, age and store all our projects. Thus in 2020 we bought a cooperative in the town of Maluenda, in the heart of the province of Aragon.

Why here? Because we believe this area has the greatest potential of garnacha and we are #garnachafreaks. Soil of slate, vineyards at a high altitude, continental climate, a cold north wind called cierzo that, if it doesn’t drive you crazy, presents unbeatable conditions. Therefore, now at home we can play and experiment, with individual vine plots, small concrete deposits, stainless steel, large capacity containers or in casks. And at the same time we will continue travelling to discover the hidden value of Spanish wines.
