Wine museum

If you are a fan of the world of wine and you would like to know more about its history, visit the Wine Museum.
You will learn of its preparation in the time of the monks and the current process, located within the monastic tithe barn and ancient wineries of the Monastery of Piedra. You will discover the history of wine and the effect that it had on the community that surrounded it in an unforgettable oenological getaway.

The Wine Museum is located in the monastic tithe barn or warehouse for storing food and ancient wineries of the monastery.
It is comprised of two areas, one above the other. It is one of the few tithe barns that exist in the Cistercian Monasteries.
It contains three rooms: “Wine as science”, “Wine and culture” and “Wine and quality”, in addition to the agriculture area and grape pressing room.

Located inside the Monastery of Piedra, at: C/ Afueras SN 50210 Nuévalos (Zaragoza)

Open all year with open hours:

Mornings from 11:00 to 13:30 h.
Afternoons from 17:00 to 20:00 h.
Closed Sunday afternoons.
Closed Monday mornings and afternoons.
