The installations are in the town of Calatayud, in some refrigerating chambers that are used for fruit preservation and marketing, mainly pears and apples, built by Jos\u00e9 Pomareta in the decades of the 80s and 90s. The persons responsible have 20 years of experience in wine making for their own consumption. The different tests with the wines from their vineyards, with minimal intervention both in cultivation and in the winery, were satisfactory, hence, they are aligned with the growing movement of natural wine, to which the winery is devoted.
